At Petfect, we have Three main services. They include; 1-2-1 Training, Training via Zoom Calls and a subscription for Eager Learners - Nerdy Knowledge and Training Demonstrations.
1-to-1 Puppy Coaching (In Person)
Every pup is different. This tailored programme is designed to help you overcome the specific challenges you're facing—whether it’s toilet training, biting, barking, or just figuring out what’s “normal.”
We'll begin by going through a short questionnaire and having a relaxed chat about the struggles you're experiencing. Together, we’ll create a clear, kind training plan that fits your life. You’ll receive that plan by email so you can refer back to it anytime.
We’ll then meet for five follow-up sessions, every two weeks, to support your progress step-by-step—adjusting the plan as needed and celebrating your wins along the way.

Get expert guidance and a personalised training plan—without leaving your home. These one-to-one Zoom sessions are perfect for new puppy parents who want calm, clear advice on everything from toilet training and nipping to sleep routines and confidence-building.
We’ll start with a relaxed chat about the struggles you’re having and walk through a short questionnaire together. You’ll then receive a personalised plan by email with simple, kind steps to start making progress right away.
You’ll also have the option to book follow-up sessions if you’d like extra support as your puppy grows.
